Logistics Design via EIQ, ABC Analysis & EIQ AI | Tera Calculation

Smart Logistics Design with EIQ Analysis and AI
We publish advanced logistics analysis methods, integrating the expertise of the late Shin Suzuki with AI/Machine Learning. All analysis software is provided free of charge for educational purposes.

Mr. Shin Suzuki was the pioneer of EIQ analysis and contributed to the establishment of JIS logistics standards in Japan. The operator, Toshiyuki Teramoto, studied under Mr. Suzuki for many years and developed "T.Calc" and "EIQ AI".

[New] Basic EIQ Analysis Course

Co-authored by Susumu Suzuki and Toshiyuki Teramoto. This course brings the "Logistics Bible" (2002) into the modern era. Learn professional techniques to derive the "ideal state of logistics" from transactional shipping data.

Practical & Educational Tool: Tera Calculation (T.Calc)

My paper, " Logistics Data Analysis in System Construction ," published at the Logistics Science Institute , summarizes the fundamentals of EIQ analysis. Tera Calculation allows users to learn the methods and procedures of EIQ analysis through software operation. I also contributed to "Logistics and Urban/Regional Planning," published by the Institute for Quantitative Planning (IBS) , on the system design of distribution centers, which is essential knowledge after EIQ analysis. Available from Maruzen (mail order available).

Our comprehensive software system for automated distribution center planning:

  • Ch.1: Software Overview
  • Ch.2: Data Processing
  • Ch.3: Shipping Analysis
  • Ch.4: Scale Calculation
  • Ch.5: Utility Tools
  • Ch.6: Equipment Space Calculation
  • Ch.7: Resources & Video Guides

Logistics DX: Tera Calculation EIQ_AI

Integrating EIQ analysis with machine learning (Microsoft.ML). It automatically generates EIQ matrix tables from minimal inputs (Destination E and Item I) to instantly visualize the ideal logistics infrastructure.

Logistics Analysis: Practical Knowledge & Technical Notes

Logistics Analysis: About the Logistics Technology Research Institute (Operator)

Director: Toshiyuki Teramoto,
Logistics IT Engineer. He has been engaged in data analysis and system development in logistics sites for over 30 years. Inheriting the theories of the late Shin Suzuki, he developed the logistics analysis software "Tera Calculation." Currently, his life's work is promoting logistics DX using machine learning and passing on technology to the next generation.
